Pasco Horsemen's Associations’ Pleasure Show Circuit is an excellent place

to start your showing career or get back into the swing of things in the show world.

PHA offers classes in Halter, Showmanship, Western Pleasure, and Hunter.

Our schooling show is for riders and horses alike who want the exposure of showing

in an inexpensive way.  Come learn, exercise, or just have fun at PHA.

We offer Circuit Pleasure Schooling shows the second Saturday of each month from September until April.  We do not have a show in December.  At the Circuit Pleasure shows you can accumulate points if you are a member and ride 5 out of 6 or 7 events depending on your division.  Your points accumulate for the season towards prizes.  1st prize is $300, 2nd prize is $200, 3rd prize is $100. this is prizes for at least 5 riders in your division. we are changing the prize money if there is 4 or less riders in the class for the division. 
This I hope will encourage all of us to bring more riders to our shows.  Unless alot more people come for our halter division the prize money will receive $100.00 for 1st prize, $50.00 for 2nd prize and $25.00 for 3rd prize.   If there is 4 or less in the rest of the divisions 1st prize will be $150.00, second prize will be $75.00, third prize will be $50.00.   The prizes are awarded to each different division.  You must be a member and ride in 6 out of 7 shows to qualify riding the correct number of classes.  The registration for the pleasure shows starts at 8am and show starts at 9am sharp!!!

We begin the show with halter, then we take a 20 minute break and begin our Western division divided by age and walk/jog then walk/jog/lope.  Ages are youth under 12, juniors 13-17, seniors 18 and older.  then we do our Hunter Schooling division.  We take a 30 minute lunch and will not start our Hunter divisions before 1pm.  We begin the hunter division with our walk/trot  divided by age and then we move on to walk/trot/canter.  Make sure you are a member in good standing and you ride in enough classes and you could be the next prize winner at the end of the season banquet. 

We have four more shows please make sure you attend if you are in the competetion for any prizes.  The points will be added to the web site very soon.  All points on the web site are subject to changing as we do recheck everything as a team to make sure there are not amy mistakes made when adding points together.
